Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms
  • A 30% deposit of the tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation for flight tickets, train tickets, hotel bookings, and government safari bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the email address used for the original booking and require confirmation by replying to our cancellation confirmation email. Refund amounts for cancellations vary depending on the services booked and are subject to the policy detailed below.

Cancellation Policy
  • Advance payment refunds, after deduction of transaction fees or applicable taxes, are granted for cancellations made 90 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior incur a 10% charge.
  • Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior incur a 75% charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event or no-shows will incur 100% cancellation charges.

For flight, train, hotel, and government safari bookings, cancellation fees are determined by the respective service provider. No refund is applicable for restricted fares.

Alterations or Cancellations After Commencement of Travel and Unused Services

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any changes to your travel arrangements requested after the commencement of travel; however, we cannot guarantee that such changes will be possible.

If amendments are made, you will be liable for:

  • Any cancellation charges levied on the originally booked services
  • The cost of booking revised arrangements
  • Any additional costs associated with the amended services
